We operate from a shared foundation of values, methods and leadership principles acquired throughout our careers. One of our key strengths – and what our clients value most – is our common grounding in structured methodologies. Many of us have been shaped by the classical project approaches of Andersen Consulting and Accenture, where systematic work, clear phases and delivery assurance are central.
We apply an engineering-driven approach to project management, structuring programmes into clear phases with defined objectives, activities, milestones, and deliverables. Each phase has its own decision basis, estimates, and remaining-budget control, ensuring transparency and predictability.
Our approach combines the structure and governance of traditional waterfall models with the adaptability of modern agile principles. This balance provides stability while accommodating changing conditions in complex environments.
Ultimately, our approach is about delivery assurance. Effective methodology is not about process for its own sake, but about ensuring that what is promised is actually delivered – on time, on budget and with measurable impact.
DA Network was founded in October 2025 at a meeting held in Henrik’s living room, with Søren and Jon participating. The concept was discussed both before and after the meeting, eventually resulting in this website and an informal agreement to continue the collaboration.
October 25 - Shortly afterwards, Mikael Dudas and Christian Hansen joined the network, and the network was launched externally.
